I clicked on your website to see advice too. I'm still not sure, I have one child in particular who does not hear anything I say. Even if I gently put her face between my hands and then have her repeat what I just said, chances are high that she won't do what I asked. There has got to be some kind of game to play to practice careful listening? Mad Gab maybe? Good luck!
