when you don't thin your carrots? what does that mean?
As the carrots grow you're supposed to go and pick the tiny ones to make sure the others have room to grow. That's what thinning is. I didn't do any this year because I was quite pregnant and didn't want to be on my hands and knees for that long.
oh i see. i had no idea. your carrots looked pretty creepy though ;-)
