Just in case you ever want to make a batch of homemade bread but the only yeast you have is a three-year-old packet in the back of the cupboard (because it got stuck in with your spices) and you haven't fully restocked your kitchen since moving so you don't have any good yeast, remember these words:
Don't make the bread.
It won't be good.
