Your Mom

Yesterday during breakfast Cooper looked at me and asked, "Mom, were you a kid for a short time? And are we kids for a really long time?"

 I smiled and responded, "Cooper, I was a kid for same amount of time that you'll be a kid."

He looked rather taken aback by this. Phoebe was not as fazed. Her reply to me? "Yeah, but I'm your mom."
