This weekend Phoebe was struggling with a story she was writing for school. She wanted my help. Can you see what I wrote on my otherwise empty (it's a new month, I haven't filled it up yet) calendar which happens to hang next to the computer where she was working?

Here, I'll give you a closer look.

A quick explanation of dramatic structure wasn't exactly the kind of help she wanted, but I enjoyed it. And don't worry, I explained exposition, I just wrote down "background" for clarity.

I'm thankful that I find ways to use my college degree in my career as a mom.
