We just finished one of my favorite weekends of the year: General Conference! We had a full Saturday morning, so I wasn't able to make our traditional waffle breakfast. I put together some snack platters and people ate cheese, crackers, and produce all day while they filled their souls with the messages. We had our waffle breakfast on Sunday morning.
I did something a little different this time while I took notes. I still jotted down a few things that were said, but mostly I wrote down impressions that I received. Most of those were questions about what I'm doing, what we're doing as a family, and how our primary is functioning. For that reason I can't remember as many details about the individual talks as usual. But I did feel much more connected to the Spirit. And I'm excited to implement some of the promptings I received.
