On Saturday one of my children flopped into a chair and announced they couldn't do their chores because they had PTSD as a result of me asking them to mop the kitchen floor.
We had words about what PTSD actually is and what it is not.
They mopped the floor.

I’m guessing this child was Cooper. I have heard of college students claim post traumatic stress syndrome from as a result of microagressions from other people who expressed opinions they (the students) disagreed with. I’m glad you diverted Cooper—or whoever it was—from that track.
