The Rest of the Goals

In addition to our personal goals, our family made some goals to help us study The Book of Mormon using the Come, Follow Me program. We did this last year too. Those 2019 goals inspired our 2020 goals.

Things we want to do as part of our gospel study time in 2020:

• Singing time and activities
• Role Playing
• Play games
• Read scriptures together
• Respect and reverence
• Take turns teaching

We also introduced our family scripture for 2020. We didn't have one of those in 2019, I wanted to focus on figuring out the Come, Follow Me program instead. But I missed having a verse that we memorized and thought about all year long. And picking the verse this year was easy, it came to me right away. It's now hanging in our playroom so we all see it everyday.

Angels speak by the power of the Holy Ghost; wherefore, they speak the words of Christ. Wherefore, I said unto you, feast upon the words of Christ; for behold, the words of Christ will tell you all things what ye should do. -2 Nephi 32:3
