The peach jam is sweetened with honey and fruit juice and is oh-so-good. And, bonus, I now own my own water bath. It was a belated happy birthday present to me from my Grandma.
Since then I've been thinking about all the other things I could can. Strawberry jam, sliced peaches, tomatoes...
I'm very excited about it.

That is so cool! You made it with honey? Did it set up and all that? How did you do that?
Hope all is well with the house search!
We used no-sugar-added pectin and followed the directions that came in the box. I had no idea it even existed until the day we made the jam. It set up beautifully.
I hope all is well with the house search too. We only have one week left to be out. Yikes.
